should look into a portable power bank to run pump. can charge it up night before and have a small pocket attached to side to hold it.

Very nice, thank you for sharing! I’ve made live wells similar to this (but smaller). I like how you put the pump on the outside. When I did mine, I have it on the inside so it would get bumped around during transport. This is cleaner

I’ve built 100’s of bait boxes and on this style you need to build a wire cage around the pump inlet or the bait fish will clog up your pump

Good idea. The only thing I would do different is to point the holes towards the back of the cooler instead of the middle. That way it would push your bait fish to the middle and you will be able to see them. Also, maybe not needed but a switch. Good luck 🎣
