no, if you buy a house you should live in it, homes should not been seen as a way to build wealth, they're a basic right in 1st world countries and people buying to rent is actively contributing to the housing crisis, just creating more greedy landlords who pay less than 1k for the mortgage but rent it out for nearly 2k (especially in London)

How is beter to live in a rental that is more expensive then a mortgage. If you pay rent the money dissapears at least in a mortgage the house slowly becomes yours. Thanx to buying our first appartment we had enough money to start our first bussines 5 years later!!
