pumpkin spice cinnamon rolls <3 recipe in the caption #baking #cinnamonroll #fallbaking #BakeWithMe #fallaesthetic dough: • ¾ cup warm milk • 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast • ¼ cup granulated sugar • 1 egg • ¼ cup melted butter • 3 cups all-purpose flour • ½ tsp salt • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice filling: • ½ cup softened butter • ¾ cup brown sugar • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice • ½ cup pumpkin purée cream cheese frosting: • 4 oz cream cheese, softened • ¼ cup softened butter • 2 cups powdered sugar • 1 tsp vanilla • 1–2 tbsp milk, as needed mix the warm milk, yeast and sugar and let sit for 5–10 minutes. add the egg, melted butter, flour, salt and pumpkin pie spice, then knead until a soft dough forms. cover and let rise for about an hour. roll the dough into a rectangle and spread with butter. mix the brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice and pumpkin purée, then spread over the dough. roll it up, slice into rolls and place in a greased baking dish. let them rise again for about 30 minutes. bake at 350°f for 25–30 minutes, or until golden and fluffy. mix together the cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla and milk until smooth, then spread over the warm cinnamon rolls and enjoy!
