There is absolutely no excuse for his behavior! But I can confirm how our DOC will release inmates with absolutely nothing! I picked my brother up when he got released! I was stunned seeing 5 other inmates being released in below zero weather and literally dropped off at the bus stop with NOTHING! 2 of them had just served over 20 years ans left to figure out how to navigate the transit system! It’s truly sad!!!
