The sun is up because Saint Petersburg has so called “white nights” it’s a period of time in this city during summer when it stays light almost all the day and night both. We have special events and bridge raisings /openings every night:)

Ее напрягло что люди выгуливают собак в аэропорту… в России даже в кафе с собаками можно, в очень многие и собаки сидят за столом вместе с хозяином.
