Protein Pumpkin Balls 🎃🎃 - 1 cup peanut butter or cashew butter - 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup - 1/4 cup pumpkin puree - 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice - 4 tbsp almond flour or oat flour - 1 -2 scoops of vanilla protein powder (depending on consistency) - Mix all above ingredients until consistency is dough like and easy to form balls, you might have to add more flour or protein powder. Roll into balls and place on parchment lined baking sheet and freeze for 1 hour. - Melt 1 cup of chocolate chips and 1 tsp of coconut oil and dip each ball in the chocolate and place back on the tray.
