Police force spends more money to protect the feelings and emotions of people than upholding the law and rights of citizens, there is millions of dollars spent on payouts for police officers breaking the law than upholding the laws there should be no cost to police force for bad decisions and actions by police officers there attitude would change if it effected there bank accounts
