@royrodenhaeuser: ‘Slice’ through a real MRI scan using a physical frame! This demo I made for the @Illumetry IO stereo 3D display shows a real MRI scan reconstructed as a full 3D volume, viewed by wearing lightweight stereo glasses. The entire brain appears as if floating in space, and a tracked frame lets you slice through it in real time, just by moving your hand. A color gradient helps make different tissue types easy to tell apart at a glance: bone, soft tissue, and fluid. #madewithunity #3d #medicalimaging #dicom
Can you please tell me how that "projection" works? I'm dying to know

Lowkey :
Good display, wrong manipulation device. You need your cut plane to stay exactly in place to read medical imagery data, and holding an object in the air is extremely tiring.
