I have some real issues with Carney and I have been vocal about them but dealing with Smith is part of his job, she is the premier of Alberta like it or not. Why does Poilievre get a pass for his lies and divisiveness? So on several occasions I have heard Poilievre say American tankers travel through the north coast waters where the tanker ban is in place, we know this is bullshit but no media has called him on it. Then after the announcement about the pipeline Poilievre starts with his divisive bullshit that having any conditions on that pipeline is unfair to Alberta and once again nobody calls him on his divisive bullshit.

I don't think his support of her has anything to do with her, and everything to do with the pressing need for increased energy supply before the worldwide starvation hits next year, because the Hormuz closure is reducing global capacity for fertilizer production.
