good poutine cheese SHOULD NEVER MELT, it’s squeaky! Yours looks either bad or refrigerated, which are the biggest no-no for poutine cheese! Also, if you’re not in Québec, that’s normal not everyone’s a fan, ppl there tend to make it wrong 😁
