Hell yeah, i've been doing this along with you, I just weighed in at 185 today. down from 195, 3 weeks ago. I lift 6 days a week and consume mostly chicken and veggies at 1500-1800 cals. You're less body fat than me, but I feel like you're trending right in front of me. I'm guessing you're 175 or 170. Whats your routine? goals?
