Cover and let it rise for 30 minutes To prepare the filling, mix the white cheese, finely chopped parsley, and the egg white until well combined. Once the dough has risen, gently deflate it and roll it out with a little flour into a rectangle about the size of your baking tray. Transfer it onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper and let it rest for another 20 minutes for the second rise. After the second rise, use an ice cube tray to create the pattern shown in the video. Fill the indentations with the cheese mixture, brush the dough with the reserved egg yolk, and sprinkle grated cheese over the top. Bake in a preheated 190°C (375°F) oven until golden brown and the cheese is nicely melted. Enjoy! 🤗❤️
