The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "(There are) two words which are dear to the Beneficent (Allah) and very light (easy) for the tongue (to say), but very heavy in weight in the balance. They are - سُبْحَانَاللهِ الْعَظِيمِ، سُبْحَانَاللهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ. Abdullah ibn Mas'ud (RA) reported from the Prophet ﷺ "Whoever recites this Surah (surah al-Mulk) every night will be protected by Allah from the torment of the grave." Abu Hurayrah (RA) narrated that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Indeed, there is a Surah in the Qur'an of thirty verses that interceded for a man until he was forgiven. It is [Surah] Tabarak Allathi Biyadihil-Mulk." Ibn ‘Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: “The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: ‘Whoever reads Surat al-Kahf on the day of Jumu’ah (Friday), a light will shine for him from beneath his feet to the clouds of the sky, which will shine for him on the Day of Resurrection, and he will be forgiven (his sins) between the two Fridays.’”
