Yeah , it tastes like peanut butter cuz it made from peanut butter. Next time just let it cook until it’s little thick and has oil from peanut on top . Good job momma🥰🥰

More peanut butter and cook the tomato and peanut longer until the oil of the peanut comes out. Should be cooked in low heat when the peanut butter is in just after it start boiling a bit

Yes it’s supposed to taste like peanut butter, but it’s best to let the peanut oil rise up the top… nevertheless u did great & im sure it tasted fantastic 🥰😋👏👏

That's my favorite. My advice for next time would be to grind up the onions and bell peppers with the garlic. Add that to the fried beef let that simmer a little with the bay leaves, and add the water than you can add the peanut butter I would put a little more peanut butter. Then you can add the remaining items and seasoning. I would also let it cook till the oil is showing on the top. I would also advise that you boil the okra separately then strain it, add it to a blender, and blend it a little. The okra can be added on top of the rice but not too much just a little for texture. BUT OVERALL FOR THE FIRST TIME YOU DID GREAT 🥰
