Big4 is different now than back then most likely. 70% of the engagement is shipped offshore and re-done by staff (manager-partner) onshore and ofc if u worked in audit, you would know that stuff being prepared by manager+ is very inefficient but thats the new reality and still cheaper than staffing people onshore
