According to him, while Baiyo Sonko wanted to defend his rights by taking the matter to court through the party, Sabally was instead pleading for his release from police detention. I personally witnessed what happened that day and also received a call from the police station. From what I observed, Sabally was unhappy with how the party’s executive handled the situation and felt that they had abandoned him. Mr cham is right
