Even with this conditions Mexico City has one of the biggest running communities. I recommend you to run in Bosque de Chapultepec the second 2 section, 1st section is also very good but you will see more runners in the 2nd and a lot of tourist stay on 1st. Sundays they close Reforma street so everyone goes in their bikes or running. Enjoy your stay and let’s have a good match.

It’s difficult for me to cope this as an advantage,moreover when I moved to CDMX from Baja ( same country ) it took me several weeks to get used to the weather and altitude.

On Sundays, you can do that in Reforma. It is closed in the morning for cars, so you can run or go on a bicycle.
