so much talent is dying quietly because there is no genuine support. Instead of holding each other’s hands, sharing each other’s work, and being proud when one of us rises, envy and jealousy take over. People would rather watch you struggle than see you shine. We all come from the same place, carrying the same dreams of making it but somehow, supporting each other feels harder than tearing each other down. One day, I hope we learn that another person’s success does not take anything away from us. Their light can help all of us find our way too.
