The hydraulic pressure in the system drops, and the fluid flows back into the Master Cylinder and Fluid Reservoir. Without pressure from the slave cylinder, the heavy springs in the Pressure Plate clamp back down, squeezing the Clutch Disc against the spinning #Flywheel. Power transmission is restored, and the engine and transmission input shaft spin together as one unit once again.
