@ceciliaperrina: went from 100 to 120 over the course of 3ish yrs, this april I did a mini deficit after being in a caloric surplus for 3 yrs and am now 112 🖤 didn’t add in any cardio, went on 6 trips between april and now, and while home went out to dinner 2-3x a week — all of this to say it is possible to reach a goal while being flexible 🤏🏽 going to make a yt video going in depth on everything I did and how I set my body up for success before entering a mini deficit 🤸🏽♀️ (also bc ik I’ll get asked, I’m 5’2) #bodytransformations #weightgainjourney
