One of the things I’ve always been intimated of making is chevda. I don’t know why ,because it’s really not that difficult ..but anyways I had a lot of fun making this because it’s got all my favourites and it’a so nice to watch everything come together and taste just like my mums ! Notes : you can roast a lot of the items rather than fry them ,I feel roasting may take longer so I did fry them I did however roast my cornflakes and coconut in my airfryer (literally took 2 mins for corn flakes and 5 mins for coconut @instantpotsa ) Chevda —————- To make this you can add whatever you like and as always adjust seasoning to your liking . Everything I added to my chevda - Cornflakes ( roasted in the airfryer to make it more crisp) - Rice Krispies - Garted and colored potatoe - Finely chopped onions - 3 green chillies - curry leaves - Peanuts - Almonds - Somph - Sliced coconut - salt and chilli powder #chevda#indiansnack#snacks#recipes#recipesoftiktok
