@bodybreakerofficial: Amazing Fourth of July shared session this morning with our incredible BodyTech team. ❤️ Everyone truly showed up and showed out. The work, the focus, and the commitment were amazing to watch. Here is Tori demonstrating one of my favorite exercises using the KNK X Bodybreaker Band, which will now be a required material for our BodyTech classes, so please make sure you have yours ready. This exercise focuses on improving penché control, tilt rotation, and mobility. Rotation is one of the most underestimated components in training. Without proper rotational strength and mobility, the body becomes limited in how it can access lines, extensions, and movement pathways. Key focus points: ✔️ Improving hip mobility ✔️ Strengthening rotational control ✔️ Building better alignment ✔️ Creating more freedom within movement ✔️ Supporting stronger penchés and tilts Flexibility is not just about range. It is about having the strength, control, and mobility to use that range correctly. So proud of the work today.
