This is the biggest crack of crap I’ve ever heard. The State, and all governmental agencies, quite often act in a way that shows their ignorance and surprises me but this really surprises me. The man built the collection system on his property with his own money, no contribution from the state, and because he collected water that otherwise would be wasted, the state wants to call it their water and theft of their water. What moron in the state government came up with this argument and what the fuck is the prosecutor doing Minet prosecuting this man?! Whatever state this is and whatever government this is, I don’t want any part of it. Come election time everybody involved in this case who’s up for reelection should be defeated I would vote for a skunk or an or a lizard for Office before I voted to put any of these people back in office!
