Some times when i try to shift I start to get a peep in my head and my heart starts pounding faster sometimes too but then it just stops I didn’t move or whatever it just stops

Can u shift to be like now in ur cr but like have the same people in ur life/real life people and just be a bit older and live in like a real life place 2. how do u get back to ur cr? like i see so many people say to come up with a safeword but how are u gonna remember that in ur dr 3. can you like script how time is there. Like can u script 1 year in my dr is every 5 minutes in my cr? 4. For you personally what does it feel like to shift like physically and mentally
