I WFH and am single, it is too much alone time. There’s no inbuilt / casual socialising in that routine, so everything has to be planned which is draining. I’ve joined a couple of clubs (surfing and running) which helps a bit. But I am considering moving back to a city where I can work in an office, as I’m starting to feel really down with how much I am alone

I made peace with being alone a while ago. I was always alone growing up as a teenager. Then into adulthood I felt like I had to force myself to be around people. Now, outside of work, I’m alone 90% of the time. I absolutely love it, but it’s definitely not for everyone.
