@skipperamss: It’s so well preserved because Norwegian navy took over this fortress after WW2, stayed until around 1968, for some years after a janitor worked though when he left in 1975 he made the choice to close the door leading to this room and keep heating on, that protected these engines from moisture and during the 90s it was a fairly easy job to fix the small amount of problems that were present, incredible #ww2 #ww2history #historybuff #fyp #autistictok
