I had to listen all the way through. The only thing I’ll say is, you’re shaping a person to be ready to thrive and contribute to society. When you leave any job you clock out but you don’t clock out at any time, as a parent. The job doesn’t ever stop no matter how old the child is. But I can also understand what he’s saying.

it is a not just a job once wrong phrase, every move you make is being absorbed by the child and they become who they are based of YOUR actions, YOUR teachings, your a doctor, a nurse, a teacher, a care giver, a taxi driver, an accountant, a therapist, while remaining calm and collected to make sure you do it to the best of your abilities no sick days, no calling off, and some people do all this ALONE
