Next time make a hole inside the rice and make a hole on a onion and put a ginger and small curry in the onion then bury it inside the hole you make inside the jollof rice and cover it with nylon and the pot cover and put it on a low heat and cover for like thirty minutes it will come out well we really face a lot on this work it’s not easy ma’am may God bless our handwork

As I caterer that I am , I just remembered the first day I handled 6 bags of rice, hmmm I nearly collapsed that day the complications that happened that day ehhh, but I believe it was God that choose this work for me I called him and he answered.. anyways they are some spiritual exercise you need to do as a caterer....🥰

Coming from someone that has been in catering business for 13 years..one of the best solution,if not the best solution is whenever that happens,switch from gas and use firewood,and when you are cooking on the firewood,deep one medium size of firewood into a bowl of water,sprinkle salt in the water,and drop Palmoil from the one provided for you to cater for the event👌👌I pray you see this comment…
