When you take off taxes, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, car insurance, and car payments, that take home value is wayyy lower.

as someone that makes $22 an hour. actual take home is 2840 for a four week month and that is after taxes and healthcare benefits. Monthly bills, including rent (living by myself) gas, groceries, auto insurance, phone, dog savings account, etc is $2083. Left over is 757; 57 is split up over the 4 weeks to allow a 14.25 “fun expense” 284 goes to tithing and the rest (416) goes to savings. I have not done it yet, but you can open a high-yield savings account to grow a higher interest rate on your savings. that is what my monthly budget/living expense looks like for someone that makes $22/h

I make more than that an hour and after taxes and insurance the take home is a little over $2400. So everything about this video is false.

I make $28 an hour and live in MD (Montgomery county specifically) where rent for a one bed room apartment is $1900 & gas is $4.60 😭 but my car note is $480 , car insurance is $270 & the groceries and cost of living all together is expensive asf here. By the time I pay my other bills after those ^ I’m completely broke

That's gross. No one brings their gross home. My gross is about that number and my bring home is $2,200. that's a $1,300 difference.

$3500 is not the bring home pay. That’s before taxes. Where I live, that leaves you with ~$2400.
