My Son , when he was that age would hold his ears like that when it was too loud for him. I don’t know if you’ve ever tried headphones, but that might work for her when in Walmart or any places like that.

Does she have noise cancelling headphones phones ? Or does she just not like them possibly ? My niece hated noise when younger, thankfully she was ok with her headphones especially if she was somewhere it was really too much for her. She’s 11 now and just rocks head phones with music now if she needs 🥰

Hey girl idk if you know this but just an FYI for later, Walmart actually has sensory friendly hours everyday from 8-10 local time. They turn off the music in the store, dim the lights (when possible) and it’s usually pretty empty then too. It’s amazing! Just passing along info. 🫶🏽

😩 It’s the huge led lights. My daughter explained to me one day (she’s 11) that it’s like everything is so bright it hurts. Same thing with sound and textures (food or clothes). It’s like the neurons in their brains are firing off so hard and fast their little bodies don’t know what to do. 😭😮💨

Tbh she’s probably overstimulated in Walmart. Bc I get like that and I’m a grown woman. Sometimes when it’s crowded or something I leave and I’m ready to cry. So I get it. She is so cute! You’re a great mama! I watch your videos all the time! I see the journey you guys are on and you’re doing a great job! All of your hard work is going to pay off! I wish I had a mama like you! ❤️🥰
