Lips def feel smaller with no lipstick in the anime ver and in general the mouth size is smaller and her nose isn’t shaded like the manga ver also there is no hair falling around and on her face like the manga maybe it’s that specific screen shot since the hair is animated otherwise mainly the mouth and nose make her feel diff

it's something about the bangs, the top lips aren't colored, she has a more defined nose in the manga, the pupils are a bit smaller, the eye brows are a bit more thinner and longer, she has a more rounder face, the ear on the top are supposed to be connected to her head, she doesn't have that sine look to her like the white particles on her face, like I said her face structure should be more squished, and she has more rounder type eyes.
