thank you for this video ♥️it has confirmed for me that im trusting my instinct and right to be believing in myself. I have been sharing reiki on a regular basis recently as I have started my own business doing this and massage therapy. when i connect to my spirit guides I feel a tingling sensation down the left side of my face. this tingling is now moving across my forehead and between my eyes when im concentrating on my 3rd eye. I get little nips/twinges of pain in my body where the recipient is needing the healing. im defo on the right track. thanks again ♥️

Do you think observing is an important part? Like letting it flow, observing and not judging or react too much on what you're experiencing. I'm starting on this kind of things and feel like you have to enter a state of calming down our logical mind to let it happen (thing that needs quite practice).

Hey love! Wondering if sometimes all of it just feels like too much? For me when I’m having a lot of different connections mostly during night or meditations, there’re days where there’s too much info and I just want a min to be on the earth side fully hahaha. Other times im more eager to learn and experience things! One thing for sure is that I know its a part of me and who I am so im trying to look at it that way an loving the process🫶🏼
