Some people aren't sick they just need to bin their filthy pillow they've been sleeping on for years... Pillows have expiry dates but not many know that, after too many years they are a breeding ground for fabric mites, stale sweat, bed bugs, mould and lots of other gross stuff that makes us continously poorly.

I got a Tempur pillow and never looked back, I have big shoulders so I need the bigger ones to get properly comfortable or I need multiple. I must say though, the hotel style ones are good replacements for old and worn ones as that's what I used to buy!
