some people don't understand this. over 600 days sober and will never go back to that again. but there WAS a time that I might have done even worse if I didn't have my "medicine". there are other options, other ways of living, but until you're strong enough to find those, don't let anyone SHAME you for that. you offer help, not judgemental looks and laughs, towards those who are struggling just to want to live in this world 🧡
