OMG! This place is AMAZING! I went on a trip to honor my Dads memory -Florentine Steak was his favorite. I walked in here in the rain and they were full, but they made space for me. I got emotional and they asked what was happening I told them and they brought 2 glasses of wine to my solo table so I could toast to my fathers memory.

For the people saying they won't eat it cooked that way. That's totally fine, just don't go to this type of restaurant. Cooking such a steak well done, will ease all the flavor gained through the aging process, it defeats the whole point. Go to a regular steak house, it will be cheaper for you
