Dyson used Brexit-nationalist rhetoric – sovereignty, British industry, “taking back control” – as public-facing capital while his personal and corporate financial arrangements moved in the opposite direction, offshoring his own tax exposure at precisely the moment his rhetoric implied shared national concerns.
