Coconut water can beneficial for high blood pressure due to its potassium content,which helps remove excess sodium and relaxes blood vessels walls.However taking too much can cause dangerously high potassium levels (Hyperkalemia),especially if you are on blood pressure medication. 💊 You are Right Dr. 👌
