@seefoodjackie: Okay I underestimated the amount of time the brisket was going to be done this actually took 26 hours at 200F and I did a no wrap method. The most laziest method I’ve ever done in my life of making a brisket. I just popped it in and left it alone for 26 hours and it still make out amazing After I was done smoking I let it rest and I put it in the fridge overnight so the brisket you see me cutting is when it’s cold..! Sorry I didn’t heat it up:3 I hope my guests love our brisket
