HD2 is awesome. It's literally the only game I play. Granted I work full time and have limited time for games. But this is the only game kept me coming back everyday. Even if it's just a quick 15 minute farming run.

yes it's Playstation's fault everything is going digital, we'll just forget Valve ensured no PCs are built without disc trays anymore. It's awful Sony are doing this, but the precedent started years ago.

helldivers 2 is very fun but i have a hard time getting HOOKED. idk as a solo it just feels really flat in terms of content. no shads just every dive feels nearly the same

my only problem is that there is no genuinely good alternative. Xbox just wants you on game pass and without a WiFi connection most of the games are useless. the only semi viable alternative is steam which is currently great but that's no guarantee into the future. I collected OG Xbox games and they are currently they only games I have that I know I can play forever. no always online BS, no post launch updates or DLS, just the full game on disc as intended

I won't be buying a ps6, but I also won't delude myself about games. Knowing I can't actually own it, if I feel like I'll get my money's worth out of my extended rental, I'll still buy some games.

One thing I dont understand about sony is that they were/are developing live service games because they want to find the golden goose that will give them lots of money for a long time. But they already have that golden goose in the form of helldivers, why they keep spending their resources trying to find another? They didnt realize after concord and Marathon that maybe creating a popular live service game isnt as easy as they think?

I still need to get spider man 2, miles morales, god of war ragnarok, ff7 pt2, and the last of us. And that's off steam. So, in a sense I guess I don't fk with Sony, sort of.
