Just a general question. Do you think therapy just keeps your trauma active? Nobody should endure a relationship with betrayal but reliving everything doesn’t seem ok.

I was the same in my failed marriage. When I finally said enough I knew there would be a day he was very very sorry he lost his family. But he was incapable of getting to that point without actually losing me. That day came. By then it was too late.
