WHP is measured at the wheels, while BHP is measured at the engine. Power is lost through the transmission, AWD system, differential, and axles, so WHP is always lower. On most AWD cars, drivetrain loss is around 22% which is why people estimate BHP from WHP. So the car makes 400-405HP and 310WHP, but room to improve so that will change again soon 😎
