I was diagnosed 2 years ago. I get nerve blocks and trigger point injections every 2.5 months. I deal with the neck pain, knots in my shoulders, horrible migraines, scalp pain and eye pain.

Hey friend i got this after covid in 2020 as well as trigeminal neuralgia and chronic migraine. I get blocks every 12 weeks and botox every 12 weeks and had my right GON decompression in Dec 2025. It helped w lot! Now i have my right lesser ON decompression for August too

I have been suffering with this for 17 years. It’s been a tough road. Had nerve decompression in 2012 and the relief lasted for a few years. I have been in a flare for the last 6 months. Starting Botox again in a couple weeks.

I’ve tried to ask a couple docs about this but it gets brushed off…it fits my symptoms, including my migraines starting as shooting pain from the neck up into my head behind my eye.

Yes, it took a long time for me to get diagnosed also. I get botox every 90 days and nerve blocks once a month. The condition is very painful.
