How is it possible to train glutes 4/5 days a week?? You mean about two weeks bc you can never have a proper recovery if you train it this much, glutes mucles take about 48 to 72 hours to fully recover and training it 4 to 5 times is like training it every 36 hours

Yeah, no you don’t need 2g of protein per kg, you shouldn’t be training glutes more than 2 times a week, maybe 3 and it is not necessary to sleep in a plank position.

u will burn out if you do cardio every day plus, glutes 4-5xperweek plus a whole routine. theres alot wrong with these tips. i mean how do u "properly recover" if you barely get any down time for a muscle?

as a dietitian if you are beginner do not 2g pro per kg!!!! 1,2-1,5 is enough as u gain mass u can upgrade to 1,5-1,8
