This is the worst day of the year for the lake. All the crap from over the mountain that talk about how beautiful it is but come and trash our beautiful lake, leave tons of trash broken chairs tents coolers even dirty diapers. Stay in your own area and trash your own home!!!! One week of clean up after you all!

They had to shut multiple beaches down and close them for the night. Why, because TEENS FROM OUT OF STATE caused a bunch of problems, especially drinking. GOOD JOB PARENTS...as we used to say in the 80's, "do you know where your kids are". #caligettotrash

Each to their own, but that wall-to-wall crowd scene is too much for me. Thirty-five years ago would stay in Tahoe City over the Fourth - it was crowded, but not wall-to-wall.
