@mareogohard: Here are two effective variations that specifically target the upper chest to help build size and definition. By using an incline bench, I eliminate momentum from the legs and reduce assistance from the back, allowing the upper chest to do the majority of the work throughout the entire movement. The key is to maintain constant tension on the upper chest from start to finish.
