great theory excepttttttttt. its stated in the books, if you recieve a dementers kiss, you dont die. you just become the shell of the person, all personalilty, memory and capabilities go with the soul. so you dont need the sole to live just to be able to function

Avada Kedavra is Expelliamus for the soul. Expelliamus is Harry's signature spell; AK is Voldamort's signature spell. Harry and V have 'twin' wands. It all ties together neatly! 😁

killing the soul does not kill person like the kiss it does not kill them like you said a shell of them self, how about it just instantly shuts the body down, thats why it just looks like they intact still

whilst I like the theory as this would tie in with how horcruxs are made by using the soul to tie part of your soul to something. it says specifically in PoA that you can exist without a soul (dementors kiss)

this ties in with my belief that: abracadabra manifests, avada kadav de-manifests. if you build a conduit that creats stuff, surely it would also make sense to have a method of deleting a magical mistake.🤔
