It’s two of my favorite recipes in one: a creamy maple coffee cloud on top, and cold coconut water underneath to keep it light, refreshing, and perfect for summer. Maple Coconut Cloud Coffee Recipe: * 3 tbsp (45 g) whipping cream * 1 tsp maple syrup * 1/2 tsp vanilla extract * Double shot of espresso * Ice * 4 oz (120 ml) coconut water Whip the cream, maple syrup, vanilla, and espresso until thick and creamy.
