just throwing this out there, but you actually don't have to look at your phone while recording. you can frame it up, hit record & then watch with your eyes while also recording to watch later. 🤷♀️

I'm in my 30s and one advice I would give is to take photos and videos of every moment you find nice. I don't mean take photos of literally everything you see, more like if you do something and you liked it, take a pic of it. Because your memories fade and photos and videos are the things that can help you remember the moments you had.
