The only thing Banfield should be used for is vaccines and even then, I question if they’re stored properly. Any type of medical advice? Absolutely not.

I got lucky that my Banfield was so good to me and my baby until the end but I don’t blame anyone for not wanting to take their animals there. In the end they are a corporate chain. My next babies will see a local vet instead.

Banfield is also paid by certain dog food companies to push their foods to pet parents im not surprised Banfield is terrible

I have to find someone else because we told them about one of our cats had trouble swallowing they claim it was because of the newest kitten that was rescued. what does having hard time swallowing got to do with the new kitten.
