Really? The FCA is trying to rewrite the rules to protect certain people. They have been watering down investor protections for years and this is a step in the same direction. The FCA watered down the related party rules. The FCA seems to be more concerned about establishment directors and executives maintaining control rather than protecting retail investors or institutional investors like pension funds.
